Sessions take place in the comfort of your home. All equipment provided—just have a clear, quiet space ready.
For optimal results and comfort during your session, we recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. Opt for clothing such as gym attire or stretchy, breathable fabrics to ensure a relaxing and effective experience.
Women — A sports bra and shorts. The sports bra should allow open access to the back, shoulders, and ribs without restricting hands-on therapy. Alternatives include a fitted bralette, bandeau, or a thin-strapped tank top

Manual Therapy
Hands-on treatment techniques to restore function and target your specific problem areas. We use the following manual therapy techniques during treatment: soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, kinesiology taping and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization.
Structural Integration
A series consisting of 10 sessions, crafted to systematically reorganize the body's structure. As each session unfolds, it is tailored to bring the body into supportive alignment, thereby enhancing the overall functioning of the individual. Addressing distinct areas of the body in each session, the focus remains on meeting your unique needs and facilitating your journey towards optimal well-being.
Currently offering 90-minute Structural Integration mobile sessions throughout the Treasure Valley.
This extended format allows time for deeper work and lasting results—without the rush.
Rate: $180-$200 depending on location — includes travel, setup, and teardown. No additional fees.
